Informations Regarding Your STay At The HOTEL Theiner

Price per person.
Prices are per person and per day including overnight stay, breakfast buffet and 4-course evening menu, in a double room with two full-paying adults.

Validity of prices.
The stated prices are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For stays of 1-3 nights, we apply an extra charge of € 5,- per person and per day.

Bookings with breakfast only.
For stays including overnight stay/breakfast, we grant a price reduction of € 10,-.

Double room used as single room.
If a double room is used as single room, we apply an extra charge in the amount of € 25,- per day depending on the room category and season.

Pets.
In our hotel, pets are not allowed.

Rates for children sharing a double room with their parents:

Up to 3 years free of charge
4 to 8 years 50% discount
9 to 15 years 30% discount

In our family rooms where children have a full-featured double room including a separate bathroom, we grant a 15% percent account for children.

Deposit for confirmation.
In order to definitively confirm your booking, we may ask you to make a down payment (deposit for confirmation) of 30% of the overall price to our account held with Raiffeisenkasse Obervinschgau:

Upon receipt of the down payment in our bank account, we will register a definite booking for your reservation. Therefore, we request you to promptly remit the deposit within 5 days. Deposits for confirmation will not be refunded.
Alternatively, you can provide your credit card data to secure the booking. For the deposit as well as for any cancellation fees that may arise to be debited from your account, we will need your written consent.

Payment options.
We shall advise you that, according to Italian legislation, cash payments are allowed to be accepted up to an amount of € 3,000,- (€ 2,000,- as of 01.07.2020). You may pay your hotel bill by Eurocard, Mastercard or Visa. On request, it is also possible to make a prepayment by
bank transfer to our account.

Cancellation policy.
You do not have a right of cancellation within the meaning of the consumer protection codex – we grant you however the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival at latest; the down payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation from 30 to 7 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of total cost of stay.
Cancellation from 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of total cost of stay.
Late arrival or premature departure: 100% of the daily rate agreed upon per untaken day.
In case of non-arrival (no show): 100% of the overall price.

Cancellation policy in main season.
You do not have a right of cancellation within the meaning of the consumer protection codex. For the period Christmas-New Year’s Day-Epiphany, Carnival as well as Eastern und August we grant you however the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival date at latest; the down payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation from 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee of 80% of total cost of stay.
Cancellation from 30 prior to arrival: 100% of total cost of stay. Late arrival or premature departure: 100% of the daily rate agreed upon per untaken day.
In case of non-arrival (no show): 100% of the overall price.

Book online inexpensive travel cancellation insurance.
Sometimes, something may happen prior to your departure. In the event that you arrive late or not even at all at your booked hotel or that you have to leave prematurely, cancellation fees may be charged.
